Ad creative built from saved facts, reviewed against exact versions.
Nothing here publishes, buys generation credits or talks to an ad platform. The tool composes images locally from the client's own material, records every decision against a content hash, and refuses to export until every gate is true.
The pipeline, stage by stage
- Saved source inventory
The collector reads only allowlisted local folders and files, hashes every file with SHA-256 and copies text sources into a dated snapshot. It never calls the network.
See the inventory - Client profile with evidence
Proposed facts are matched to exact lines in the saved sources. Every approval starts false. Advertising permission is recorded separately from file presence.
See the profile - Original concept boards
Each direction names its motivation, template, copy, the facts and assets it relies on, and a falsifiable test idea.
See the boards - Deterministic previews
Pillow composes feed and story sizes from the template families with pinned fonts. Technical QA checks bounds, text size and contrast. Unchanged inputs give the same bytes.
See the previews - Recorded review
Approve or reject a direction with a reason. Decisions bind to the exact content version, so an edit puts a direction back to pending.
Open the review page - Gated export
Export needs current direction approval, cleared facts and assets, an approved destination check, passing technical and visual QA, and final approval of exact bytes. It is a local file copy, never a publish.

What the tool does not do
No publishing and no campaign controls. No paid image generation. No remote storage: profile, previews and review history live in a private folder next to the tool. No competitor ad feed. Technical QA cannot judge design quality, claim truth or how a placement will overlay the image; those stay review tasks.
Costs recorded by the build itself:
About this demo
Wrenfield Cycle Works, its owner Nora Petrakis and the agency contact Dana Whitlock are fictional. The profile, previews, technical results and review history on these pages were produced by running the tool's pipeline on that fictional brief. The preview images are the exact rendered bytes; their hashes are shown beside them.
Decisions you make on the review page stay in your browser tab and are gone when you reload.
